A new founded Company - the EC Hannover Indians Playingmode Comapny, Inc - forward the Playingmode of the Team in Cooperation with the Club EC Hannover Indians in the 3rd Division - Upperleague North 2013/14.
Die Mannschaft ist Absteiger aus finanziellen Gründen, da die Gesellschaft unter Insolvenzverwaltung in Februar 2013 gestellt wurde. Eine neugegründete Gesellschaft - die EC Hannover Spielbetriebs GmbH - setzt den Spielbetrieb der Mannschaft in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verein EC Hannover Indians in der - drittklassigen - Oberliga Nord 2013/14 fort.
